Guatemala’s coffee history began in the 18th century, with Antigua becoming the heart of production thanks to its rich volcanic soil. Following this legacy, we chose to establish our farm on the fertile slopes of the Fuego Volcano.
At an altitude between 1430 and 1550 meters, our farm thrives with ideal conditions: 78% relative humidity, 1100 mm of rainfall, and sandy loam soil, enriched by volcanic ash. This natural fertilizer provides essential nutrients, like phosphorus, making our coffee truly unique.
Our coffee reflects not only Guatemala’s volcanic heritage but also our commitment to sustainability. We combine traditional farming with modern practices to ensure each cup is both delicious and environmentally responsible.
