The Story Behind Our Coffee: From Guatemala’s Origins to the Slopes of the Volcano

At our farm, every specialty coffee bean embarks on a journey from the earth to your cup, where dedication, expertise, and passion come together. Although we are relatively new to the coffee industry, our commitment to excellence drives us to continually grow and evolve. We collaborate with industry experts and adopt the latest agricultural practices, blending innovation with tradition to produce exceptional coffee.

Rooted in Guatemala’s Coffee Heritage

Guatemala’s coffee history began in the 18th century, with Antigua becoming the heart of production thanks to its rich volcanic soil. Following this legacy, we chose to establish our farm on the fertile slopes of the Fuego Volcano.

At an altitude between 1430 and 1550 meters, our farm thrives with ideal conditions: 78% relative humidity, 1100 mm of rainfall, and sandy loam soil, enriched by volcanic ash. This natural fertilizer provides essential nutrients, like phosphorus, making our coffee truly unique.

Our coffee reflects not only Guatemala’s volcanic heritage but also our commitment to sustainability. We combine traditional farming with modern practices to ensure each cup is both delicious and environmentally responsible. Our farm doesn’t just produce coffee; it nurtures a legacy of quality and respect for the land.
