Grown at 1,400–1,600 meters in the lush highlands of Finca Linda Morena, our Caturra variety is processed using the Honey method, leaving part of the mucilage on the bean to enhance sweetness and body. The cup reveals notes of golden honey, red apple, and toasted almond, with a medium body and velvety texture. Balanced and approachable, this coffee highlights the fruit-forward elegance and meticulous care at every stage, from selective cherry picking to slow sun-drying.
