Guatemala has a rich coffee history dating back to the 18th century, with Antigua as the cradle of production thanks to its volcanic soils. Inspired by this legacy, we established our farm on the fertile slopes of the Fuego Volcano. Positioned between 1430 and 1550 meters above sea level, our farm benefits from ideal conditions: 78% humidity, 1100 mm of annual rainfall, and sandy loam soil enriched by volcanic ash. This natural fertilizer, rich in nutrients like phosphorus, makes our coffee truly one of a kind.

Our location near the Fuego Volcano allows for consistent ash deposits that naturally enrich the soil, enhancing plant health and promoting optimal fruit ripening. This results in a coffee bean with complex, deep flavors that stand out in every cup. But our commitment doesn’t end with natural benefits; we also incorporate sustainable and regenerative farming practices. We believe that exceptional coffee is born from a deep respect for the land, and every cup we produce tells the story of this connection.

Our coffee not only captures the rich volcanic heritage of Guatemala but also reflects our dedication to sustainable production. By blending traditional farming methods with modern practices, we ensure that each cup is both delicious and environmentally responsible. At our farm, we don’t just produce coffee; we cultivate a legacy of quality and respect for the land.
